Q. What is the best way to contact
you guys?
A. eBay Messages
The best way to contact us is always via eBay Messages not by
email.
Due to spam filter in our email server we do not always receive
all the emails.
Q. What payment method do you guys
prefer?
A. We prefer Paypal.
Q. I've used eCheck on Paypl where
is my order?
A. eChecks usually takes about 3-5 business days to get cleared
from the bank.
eChecks has to be cleared from Paypal before we ship out orders.
Q. Where is the tracking info for
my order?
A. Paypal payment tracking will be updated in Paypal within
24-48 hours.
After the payment has been cleared.
Q. I do not see tracking number in
Paypal or eBay, its been over 48 hours.
A. Please contact us via eBay message if this occurs
Also please note that eChecks does take longer
Q. USPS or UPS tracking number you
gave me does not work.
A. USPS tracking number does not update in real-time, and it
does take time to be updated
USPS International tracking takes time to be updated, and
sometime it does appeared stuck
Please contact USPS or UPS directly if the order seems to be
stuck in the same place for 2-3 days
Q. Payment has already been made
but I am receiving email reminders and dispute was filed.
A. Please contact us via eBay message if this occurs
(This usually happens when Paypal payment is not being updated
to eBay)
Q. How come I never receive any
email replies?
A. Please always contact us via eBay Messages
Due to the overwhelming spam we receive everyday in our email
server we do not always
receive all the emails, sometimes our email server blocks them
out accidently, and vice-versa.
Q. What's the deal with the delay
on replying eBay messages?
A. Our office hours is
9am ~ 6pm Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time
Excluding National Holidays & Weekends
For example if you message us on Friday night, we won't be able
to reply until Monday.
If Monday becomes a national holiday, we won't be able to reply
until Tuesday.
We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Q. It's been weeks since I return
my order and I still haven't heard from you guys.
A. Please check the tracking number of the package and make sure
if is delivered to us.
If it's not delivered, or to a wrong address, please contact
your shipping company right away. |
